5 Step Quick Start Guide
Step 1 How to create your Users
- Open menu
- Go to ”Users”
- Enter the Bleu ”+” button
- Enter the name of your new User
- Enter a Password
- Select the Group;
- Customers, Team Admin, Team Member or Team owner
- Enter the e-mail address of the new user
If you want to manage the cost; fill in the ”Hourly rate”
Don’t forget to click on ”save” after completing this form
Step 2 How to create your Projects
- Open menu
- Go to ”Projects”
- Enter the Bleu ”+” button
- Enter the name of your new Project
- Allocate your project to the Team members
- Choose your rate
Don’t forget to click on ”save” after complete this form
Step 3 How to create your Jobs
- Open menu
- Go to ”Jobs”
- Enter the Bleu ”+” button
- Enter the name of your new Job
- Choose your rate
- Don’t forget to click on ”save” after complete this form
Step 4 How to create your Customers
- Open menu
- Go to ”Customers”
- Enter the Bleu ”+” button
- Enter the name of your new Customer
- If needed you can also fill in other details from your customer
- Don’t forget to click on ”save” after complete this form
Step 5 Time Tracking
- Go to ”Timesheet”
- Select your date
- Choose your project
- Choose your Job
- additionally you can enter a description
Track your Time in 3 possible ways:
1:30 of 1,5 = one and a half hour
Or push the play and pause button to track working hours real time
