What is the definition of a user?

Anyone who logs into your account counts as a user: Team Owner, Team Admin, Team Member, Customer.

What are the requirement to use 14Dayz?

14Dayz is a hosted online service, for Windows, iOS and Android with an active internet connection. Currently supported web browsers are Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 on Microsoft Windows, Firefox version 1.0.7, 1.5+ and 2.0 on Linux, Safari version 2.0.3 and Firefox version 1.0.7, 1.5+ and 2.0 on Apple Mac OS X.

When can I use a free 14Dayz account?

The 14Dayz application is free of charge when your subscription consists of 1 user and a maximum of 4 projects.

What about the pricing?

Up to 1 user and maximum 4 projects and 4 clients your subscription is free of charge. When you exceed one of these requirements, your account will be automatically upgraded to the Gold plan with unlimited projects and unlimited clients with a maximum 99 users (Extra user € 3,- /month). Once your account exceeds the amount of 99 users you will automatically be updated to the Platinum plan with a maximum charge of € 300,- /month. The Platinum plan is our unlimited version.

What if I want to downgrade my account?

In case you want to downgrade your account, you need to archive non-active users within the users menu.

Do I need to sign a contract or an agreement?

14Dayz Plans are billed on a monthly basis. Upon signup you agree with our Terms of Service regarding the use of the 14Dayz application. They can be found in the footer of this website.

Will I have to pay extra to upgrade half-way through the billing cycle?

No, be our guest. At the next billing cycle you will be charged for the adjusted plan only.

What to do in case of complaints?

Please tell us immediately by sending an email to support@14dayz.com. Our payment provider is Adyen. In case you have complaints, our goal is always to solve these as quick and nice as possible. Hassle free, remember? We'll work it out.

What if I have any other questions? Where can I find contact details for support?

Please contact support@14dayz.com for all your support needs. We aim to respond as quickly as we can, but please allow us a maximum of 24 hours response time.

Account subscription

What is the payment cycle?

Subscriptions are paid at every 1st of the month.

What about refunds?

No refunds will be made for plans. When you change the number of active users, you will be charged based on the number of active users for the next payment cycle, taking account of the minimum charge of €9,- p.m.

Do I need to pay for the 1st month?

No, every first month of use after subscription is free of charge.

How can I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account, you must submit an official request via support@14dayz.com. Mention: 'I'd like to cancel the subscription as per date'. This is only possible via the email address of the owner, with which the account has been created.

Can I pay yearly?

No, we have chosen to only offer monthly payments.
